Because of any reason, if you would want to return or exchange the product, we’d be broken-hearted for sure :( but here's our return & exchange policy:
- Eligible products can only be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Just in case your product arrives damaged, you must email an unboxing video of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order @email@example.com
- We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
- Kindly make sure that you are sending the product(s) back to us in its original condition.
- The products will be picked up from your place within 2-3 business days. A refund or replacement will be initiated, thereafter.
- In the case of a return, we will reimburse the complete amount. The sum will reflect in your bank account within 5-7 days from the day we receive the returned product in its original condition.
Products will not be eligible for return or exchange in the following cases:
- The product is damaged due to misuse
- Returned without proper safety packaging
- Product is used or altered
- If the request is initiated after 7 days of order delivery
- If there’s no unboxing video of the delivered product.
